I, the undersigned, hereby grant Preston Ranch Ministries, its staff, and its volunteers the absolute right and permission to use written content, photographic portraits, pictures, digital images, and videotapes in which I and/or members of my family may appear, in whole or in part, or reproductions thereof, for any lawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, use in Preston Ranch Ministries publications, promotional materials, or websites, without payment or any other consideration.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, written copy, or any use to which the material may be applied.
I release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Preston Ranch Ministries, its employees, board members, 3rd party contractors and volunteers from all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from this authorization or from the use of written content, photographs, digital images, or videotapes. This includes any liability related to blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or composite use—whether intentional or unintentional—in the creation, processing, or publication of such materials, including on the internet, hard copy publications, advertisements, or in promotional materials.
