I/We, the undersigned, as the parent(s)/guardian(s) of the listed family members hereby grant Preston Ranch Ministries, its staff, and volunteers the absolute right and permission to use written content, photographic portraits, pictures, digital images, and videotapes, of my child(ren)/family, of which my child(ren)/family may be included in whole or in part, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, for any lawful purpose whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, use in Preston Ranch Ministries publications, promotional materials, or websites, without payment or any other consideration.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, wherein my child(ren)/family’s likeness appears, or the use to which it may be applied.
I release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Preston Ranch Ministries, its staff, and volunteers from all claims, demands, and causes of action that I or my child(ren)/family may have by reason of this authorization or use of my child(ren)’s/family’s written content, photographic portraits, pictures, digital images, or videotapes. This includes any liability related to blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or composite use, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur in the taking, processing, or publication of such written content, images or videotapes, including publication on the internet, in brochures, or in any other advertisements or promotional materials.
